This package puts professional eyes on your plans to assist you in your planning process and in creating your wedding day timeline. You will be able to ask all of your questions, provided organizational tools for keeping track of your details and vendors, and receive assistance in creating your wedding day timeline.
Pricing for this package starts at $450.
Should you change your mind during the planning process and decide to hire Mary Elle Weddings to manage your wedding day, what you have paid for this package will be applied to the Wedding Coordinator package -- and, of course, I would be so excited to work with you on your big day!
Wedding Management and Coordination
Having a coordinator manage your wedding allows you to focus on living in the excitement of your incredible day. Mary Elle Weddings can support you during your planning process with advice and recommendations, communicate with vendors, review and become familiar with decor and setup details, and construct timelines and be present to manage both the rehearsal and wedding.
This package also includes two in-person meetings, planning and organizational tools, venue walk-through, and ten hours of event management.

Planning Assistant and Coordination
Mary Elle Weddings will work alongside you throughout the planning process, offering guidance, recommendations, and review. We will stay up to date with a shared calendar of items to accomplish that will be created uniquely for your event, ensuring that specific vendors, service providers, and details are secured. Any questions or concerns that you have along the way will be met with quick response and advice provided for additions or changes as needed. All vendor contracts will be reviewed to check the details and with the management of the wedding day in mind.
